MOUNTAIN PROJECT
The first project this semester was the mountain wall art project. This was a great introduction to the power tools that we were going to use throughout the semester. We started by sketching our mountains and from there started cutting the wood for the mountains. After each piece was cut perfectly we stained the wood and started gluing it to our final board.
BOTTLE CAP OPENERS
The second project that we did was the bottle caps project. Each student designed a bottle cap that was 9 x 3. We chose the wood that we wanted to use and then cut and planed the wood. After gluing it together we oiled it and added the bottle cap opener and magnets.
SELF DIRECTED PROJECTS
I completed two self directed projects this semester. The first was the coding lessons on Kahn Academy. For my second project I was a part of the business team for our class' online website which sells our mountains, bottle cap openers, and corn hole boards that we made in our math class.
