Each student picked one chemistry related question that they had always wondered and did a lot of research to answer the questions: what, where, and why.	In this project we researched an environmental disaster and identified the key chemical pollutants involved. We also studied and reflected on how toxic spills impact individuals and communities.	As a class we researched and studied many new scientific technologies. From there, we each picked one and learned everything we could about it: what it was used for, who was using it, who invented it, and how long it has been around.
